30 Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on all UNWORN website and in-store purchases. Simply contact us by email within 30 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorization Number. All items accepted for a refund must be in original condition, in their original packaging. We never charge a restocking fee at Jewelers3. Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.

So we may process your refund promptly on internet orders, you must contact Jewelers3 at sales@jewelers3.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items returned without a valid RAN will be refused and returned to sender. Any refund will be given for the price paid (minus shipping), when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold (not resized or damaged). If an item is mistakenly represented (i.e. wrong gold content, incorrect number of stones), you will receive 100% of your payment (including shipping and insurance) amount upon return of the item. All gemstone weights are approximate when measured in their settings. The gemstone weights are determined after examining the size and cut of the gemstone. Photos may be enlarged to show detail of the item being offered.
